Chao Wu (武昭關)

Everett Aquasox 西雅圖北方約 30 英哩的 Everett 是西雅圖水手人隊的 1A 球隊, 綠蛙隊 (Everett Aquasox) 的家. 也是第一位加入西雅圖水手人隊聯盟的台灣球員武昭關目前的球隊. (第二位是陳鏞基, 他目前是在 Wisconsin Timber Rattlers, 陳鏞基去年也是在 Everett Aquasox.) Everett Aquaxo 屬於 Northwest League. 因此在 Boise, ID, Eugene, OR, Salem-Keizer, OR, Spokane, WA, Tri-City, WA, Vancouver, BC, 和 Yakima, WA 也有機會看到他. 前天在一場熱身賽裡, 他出場兩次, 並有一次安打. 正規球季將於 6/21 號(今天)開始. 如果你有興趣, 千萬要記得來球場幫他加油. 不過由於武昭關是補手(今年 Aquasox 有四名捕手), 因此要有點運氣才會看到他上場. 他偶爾也會上場守一壘. 另外今年球隊裡也有位從加拿大多倫多來的選手, Hyung Cho. 他是守三壘的. 不過同樣是亞洲人的臉孔, 不要弄錯人了喔… 由於這是 1A 的比賽, 球季很短(六至九月). 不過票價卻也是很便宜. 四個人只要 $44 (包內野看台, 四個熱狗, 四杯 32oz 的飲料, 和四包馬鈴薯片) 折扣卷和賽程 至於如何坐公車到 Everett Memorial Stadium, 請恰網站. Regal 的 FREE Summer Movie Festival

今年的 Regal Free Family Movie Festival 又來了. 不過要知道的, 這是免費的家庭影片, 會有很多小朋友哭鬧的心理準備. 這裡列出 Snohomish County 的電影院, 播放時間是早上十點. 其他的郡可以到上面的網站查詢. 由於這是免費的影片偶爾會有不一的情形. 可以利用電話確認影片.
