Boundary Trail [img=http://seattle.leck.com/pictures/20060819_boundarytrail/boundarytrail_14.jpg popup=false] 原來 Mt. St. Helens 從西雅圖一天來回加 hiking 是可行的. 只是在 Mt. St. Helens hiking 是辛苦了些, 因為沒有可以遮陽的樹. 和一般的 National Forest hiking 的經驗完全不一樣. 至少 Mt. St. Helens 周邊設施(廁所等)比 National Forest 好得多. 只是在這光禿禿的地方 hiking, 想要尿尿還要小心是否有人, 遠遠的就可以一覽無疑…
