Leg extension machine 85 英磅 (13 下),leg curl machine 35 英磅 (12 下),single-leg bench squat (各 12 下), 和 front squat 110 英磅 (13 下)。整組下來喘得似乎要暈倒了,就這樣的做了六組。現在腳可以感覺到它們的抗議。
看樣子就算是腳的運動也是要混著做才行。
