已經兩個星期把運動的時間從早上改到傍晚。以前是早上四點起床出門運動,約六點左右回家吃早餐,送小朋友上校車後自己才去上班。現在是約傍晚八點出門,約十點左右回家後睡覺。早上運動的話,傍晚九點就已經要上床睡覺了。
比較起來兩者各有利弊。
早上去運動,健身房沒有什麼人,器材的選擇很隨意。傍晚去運動人很多,健身上就要隨機應變。
早上去運動,晚上睡覺很容易的就入睡。傍晚運動回來,身體還是醒的,總要翻來覆去的一陣子才能入眠。
早上運動,吃完晚餐後常常還可以吃些垃圾零食。傍晚運動,吃完晚餐後就不敢再吃任何東西。原本想說可以藉此減肥,想不到昨天在體重機上一站,竟然是更胖了。
