昨天去打了帶狀疱疹 Shingles 的疫苗，鑒於太太幾個星期前也去打了第二劑後，有很大的副作用。
到了傍晚開始覺得手腳發熱，全身卻冷得顫抖不已，決定吃兩粒安眠藥早早上床睡覺。
在床上翻來覆去的兩個多小時後才慢慢地睡著，今天起床後，發燒和冷顫已經消失， 應該是沒有什麼大礙，狀況比太太好很多。
