今早運動時,也常在這時間來運動的先生,在距離我不遠的另一台機器準備運動。
他看到我說,”why are we doing this?”
“Why are we torture ourselves?” 我回著。
他跟著,”especially at the age like you and me.”
“No, don’t mention that!” 我跟著說。
以為他的年紀應該比我大得多,畢竟他最小的孩子都已經讀大學,想不到他卻認為我和他的年齡差不多,可是我不一點都不這麼覺得。
接下來的運動我偷偷的和他比較著,只是我和他一樣的禿頭,鬢角的白髮,還有那突出外垂的肚子,難怪他這麼的想。
