近六個月今天回到健身房運動。
事實上,健身房已經開了兩個多月,是從早上九點至傍晚九點。這不是我運動的時間。早上九點都已經開始上班,而傍晚時刻總是最多人,覺得不是很安全。
兩星期前,健身房改為早上五點至傍晚十點,剛好讓我早上去運動。
早上健身房沒有太多的人,運動器材間的間隔也分得很開,可以充份的和其他人保持距離。
現在唯一的問題是體力的流失,整體起來失去了三至五成的推力,一切都是重新的來過。
